My husband and I recently purchased a home at Four Seasons at Metedeconk Lakes.  This was a big decision for us and we were somewhat tense about it.  Our experience with the entire staff at this location was overwhelmingly positive.  Each member of the staff was friendly, helpful, and more than willing to answer any questions and concerns.

Our salesman, George Economy, was a total delight to work with.  Each of our concerns was addressed professionally and thoroughly.  He immediately researched the one or two questions which he didn’t know about, and I felt that he was always very honest with us.  He attended to all of our requests, such as taking us out to see several lots, so that we would ultimately be satisfied.  His patience and helpfulness helped to make a difficult process as stress-free as possible.

Further along in the process, it was our good fortune to have as our design consultant, Robinette Gianetti.  Being faced with so many decisions that we would have to live with for so many years to come was a daunting experience.  But Robin was always able to provide guidance, showing wisdom beyond her years.  She had the knack of viewing things from an alternate viewpoint, which helped make the decision easier.  She also was infinitely patient and totally delightful.

We consider ourselves fortunate to have encountered these people, consummate professionals who were willing to go the extra mile for us.  Our experience has instilled in us a sense of confidence in the K. Hovnanian organization.  I hope that the rest of the process, through closing and beyond will be as positive as it has been up to now.
